In Memory of Evelyn Rose Aarons

"Evelyn Rose Aarons passed away on Sunday, January 5th at the age of 83. Born in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, to parents Benjamin Beyer and Rosa (Lueck), Evelyn graduated from high school in 1948. She married Charles Aarons and gave birth to her only child, Brenda. After Charles' military stint was completed, they moved to Sacramento. Evelyn was a full-time mother until Brenda graduated from high school and she separated from Charles. Evelyn began her working career at the State of California Department of Milk and Dairy where she remained employed until retirement in the mid nineties. In the early seventies, Evelyn met and fell in love with Bob Martin. The two spent several decades enjoying life together - fishing in Alaska, trips in Bob's plane to Mexico, socializing and relaxing at their home in the foothills near Latrobe. When Bob passed away in 2000, Evelyn devoted much time and attention to her daughter and grandsons, Collin and Spencer Pavelchik, and daughter-in-law, Olivia. Evie moved to Sun City Roseville in 2003 where her generous heart, funny quips, and appreciation of a good gin and tonic earned her rewarding friendships with close neighbors.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 10th at Roseville Sun City Sierra Pines, Spruce Room, at 3 pm. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and will live in our hearts forever."
Evelyn blev gift med Charles Frost Aarons, søn af Simon Peter Aarons og Agnes Bjerre, i 1950. (Charles Frost Aarons blev født den 19. oktober 1928 i Albert Lea, Minnesota, USA, døde den 11. december 2009 i 95628 Fair Oaks, Sacramento, California og blev begravet den 16. december 2009 i Mt. Vernon Memorial Park, Sacramento, California, USA.). Årsagen til hans død var pancreatic cancer.
